About Meditation...
Experienced meditators know that meditating with a group is an effective way to deepen your meditation practice. Newer meditators find that they are better able to quiet their minds and achieve deeper meditative states when sitting with a group. If you are just beginning to meditate we are happy to offer pointers and resources. We have been practicing meditation for over 30 years and teaching for over 15.

A Unity prayer associate will answer your call and pray with you for whatever you need. Your prayer request will then be taken to the Silent Unity Chapel (where prayer is continuous) and held in prayer for 30 days. This is a free service of the Unity School in Unity Village MO.
